This position will be responsible for the engagement of clubhouse members in all aspects of clubhouse operations, according to ICCD philosophy; and will have primary responsibility for acquiring, training and supervising “Transitional Employment Placements”. This person needs to be acquainted with Bay County community employers, must be able to follow a flexible schedule, must be familiar with the ICCD Model (or willing to learn). We are looking for an individual with a high degree of enthusiasm and commitment to the Clubhouse Model. Requires BS degree in health related field. This position is a grant funded, contract position. Salary Range starts at $20,000. STARR CENTER will be proactive in efforts to hire qualified persons with a disability to fill any position.
